From Our Field to Your Fork
Simple, farm-inspired recipes using culinary lavender grown on our Nevada farm.
Lavender Kitchen
Welcome to the Lavender Kitchen—where lavender moves from the field into everyday moments. Here you’ll find simple recipes and inspiration for using culinary lavender in drinks, baked goods, and sweet treats, all rooted in farm life and tradition.
Choosing Culinary Lavender
Not all lavender is meant for the kitchen. Always use culinary-grade lavender, which has a softer, sweeter flavor than ornamental varieties. A little goes a long way—lavender should gently complement a recipe, not overpower it. Our culinary lavender is grown, harvested, and dried on our Nevada farm specifically for cooking and baking.
Tips for Best Flavor
Lavender pairs beautifully with honey, lemon, vanilla, and simple baked goods. Crushing or finely chopping dried lavender helps release its flavor more evenly. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste—lavender is best when it’s subtle and balanced.
